All of the sandwiches will be served on a baguette that is baked specifically for SUNdeVICH by a local bakery. The recipe is different than the traditional baguette and is one of our competitive advantages, not to mention a great tasting baguette that is perfect on its own.
As much as possible, we hope to utilize local farmers and producers in our immediate back yard. By supporting local agriculture and businesses we hope to bring recognition to their efforts by showcasing their products. It also allows for educating the public about the wide range of items that are available to us that are locally produced.
